1. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE - No exceptions will be made to this policy. 

2. Bella Cakes does not offer any allergen free products.

3. There are no changes to your order of any kind 7 days prior to your event date.

4. Bella Cakes operates under the cottage food law from my private cake studio located inside my home.

5. Once the cake is picked up and design is approved there are no refunds for any reason.

6. Pick up times are approximate, please be on time.
